Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

All orders are shipped from Victoria, Australia.
Local Delivery (Within 10km of Sunbury VIC)
We offer FREE local delivery for orders over $50 within the following suburbs:
Sunbury, Diggers Rest, Bulla, Wildwood, Gisborne South, Romsey (south side), Clarkefield, Riddells Creek
For orders under $50, a $10 delivery fee applies.
Deliveries are made every Friday between 9am–1pm.
You will receive a text or email on the morning of delivery with an estimated arrival time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
